“The tour guide was good, and the coach was comfortable. The palace was fantastic, very ornate, with lots to see. Then we had a long drive across the bridge to view the east side of Istanbul. We stopped at a café for half an hour to see the view. However, we feel this long break should not have been part of the trip, as it made the tour not very good value for money.”

“The Beylerbeyi Palace and Camlica Hill. Both were beautiful places to learn of some of the history on the Asian side of Istanbul. I enjoyed them both. Also the market place. What I did not enjoy was the rip-off at the restaurant that was recommended by the tour guide. It was the most expensive lunch for 2 people I have ever had in the world, $124.91. I don't recommend going with the tour recommendation on where to eat lunch. I was very surprised and disappointed and felt it was geared to take advantage of tourists who obviously don't know any better. Sad but true.”
